What every system has in common
Regardless of the finish, the sequence underneath it does not change: moisture vapor testing before primer selection, mechanical diamond grinding to a CSP-2/CSP-3 profile, crack and spall repair, then primer, base coat and topcoat. The decorative choice sits on top of that. When a bid comes in far below the others, the savings are almost always found by removing one of those prep steps — which is also why that floor is the one that fails.
